I am sharing my experience to make others aware of the standard of service I received from Agora.
My dealings with Agora were marked by poor communication, a lack of clear and consistent reporting, and an inflexible approach that did not align with the contractual terms as written. Despite raising reasonable concerns and attempting to resolve matters constructively, I found the process to be unnecessarily adversarial and driven more by financial considerations than by fairness or transparency.
Ultimately, I chose to settle the matter simply to bring it to an end, not because I agreed with Agora’s position or how the situation was handled. The overall experience fell well short of what I would expect from a professional organisation operating in this sector.
I would strongly encourage anyone considering using Agora’s services to carefully review their agreements, document all communications, and be prepared for a process that may not prioritise client care or reasonable dispute resolution.
