Hey, I am breastfeeding my 15 month old and my periods came back at 12 months, they are around 37 days atm however my luteal phase is only lasting 7 days so not long enough to get pregnant, I just wondered people’s experiences on how many cycles it took for their LP to return to the normal 14ish days. Thanks :)

I had to stop breastfeeding to get my luteal phase to increase. It took about two cycles after I finished for it to lengthen and sustain a pregnancy.
