Misscarriage 3 weeks ago positive bloods and Hcg teays

So i lost a pregnancy 3 weeks ago, naturally everything came away. 3 weeks on ive had positive tests and even a positive pregnancy blood test.
could this be a new pregnancy? I bled for 5 days and had sex straight after ?
anyone been through this I am very confused to what’s going on

Mine stayed positive for 6 weeks.

Even with a blood test?

I have lost before and was negative straight away so to me this is very confusing.

How far along were you? If you were only 4 weeks and had what people often call a chemical pregnancy it will be negative much quicker than if you were 6+ weeks etc.

I conceived my daughter straight after a mc ( no period in between ) but I had a neg test so I knew that the positive test was a new pregnancy

Did you spot or anything? I’ve just wiped tiny bit of pink. I’m so confused
