Am I having twins?!
So I have my first scan in a weeks time, but I was just wanting to discuss some of your experiences to see how they might line up with mine.
This is my first pregnancy.
When I first tested positive, I had a two day implantation bleed with quite intense cramping on the second day, followed by 1-2 days of no spotting and then another day of spotting. Because I had two lots of spotting I was sent to the early pregnancy unit for bloods over 24 hours and a scan scheduled for a week later.
My bloods came back as having HCG more than tripled where it was expected to only double.
The scan showed my little bean and it was over in 2-mins so I have no indication of whether or not they were looking for anything else and may have missed a twin as I was only 5+5 at the time.
Following this, I have had severe sickness lasting all day, 0 appetite and bad headaches and fatigue.
I already started showing a bump at 7 weeks(pictured), which many family members and friends said wasn't possible until I showed them, and its now a lot more pronounced at 10-weeks.
One or two, its a blessing either way that I am really excited for. I'm just getting a bit impatient for my scan and discussing will be interesting.
