Was just wondering if anyone else was/has used LMWH in their pregnancy?
My consultant has me on 7000IU of tinzaparin a day, but the pharmacy have gave me 3,500IU pre filled needles so have to do 2 of them a day instead of just one.
I bruise so easily and have been doing the injections in my stomach as advised, but was told I could also do my legs, did anyone have a preferred injection area? And does the burning afterwards get any easier? Hahah I probably sound like a right wimp, I just have a huge fear of needles and normally pass out when having my bloods taken, so the fact I’ve been managing to do this on my own, I’m surprised🤣
any comments or experiences would be much appreciated, even if you tell me to suck it up😅
