Could I be pregnant the last time I had intercourse was 31/08/2025 did a pregnancy test after a few weeks because my period was all over the place was negative so just assumed all was good now I’ve been feeling really sick tired pelvic pain flutters hot flushes I’ve had random bleeding like 1 day a month very lightly and not regular I did a test a couple of days ago faint positive then did another was negative did a few more some faint positive some negative what’s the chances and what should I do ?

Sorry but no for pregnancy but I would speak to your gp about your symptoms see if they can run some bloods for you

From what you've written, I'd say definitely not pregnant. You should go to a GP though to discuss the symptoms you're having.

Forgot to add I’m a very slim person generally but have got a little bloat didn’t show till 23+ weeks with my daughter

There's no way we can tell. Just go to the GP. They'll get you tested as routine anyway.

You need to see a doctor regarding your symptoms as soon as you can but it doesn't sound like pregnancy is the cause of them.

If you had sex on 31st August then you would’ve had a very strong positive by the end of September. Could be that you’re unhealthily thin and lost your period (happened to me and I had to gain weight to be healthy) or perimenopause.

Seems incredibly unlikely but you need to see a GP regarding your symptoms
