I want a 3rd child but my bf doesn’t yet..

I have 2 children with my ex boyfriend. 5 and 2 years. I’m getting super broody but my bf wants to wait which obviously we will but how do I make this feeling go away?:(((

he does want a child with me, he’s stated that but his main reasons are he wants to keep saving between us both to buy our house we live in now. I respect his choice but I just want the feeling to go away for now lol

How do you make the feeling go away…?Focus on other things.

Focus on your two existing kids, at 5 and 2 they need a huge amount of your time and energy. Personally I wouldn’t want another at this stage as it would take away some of my ability to parent them as well as I could.

Focus on saving, like he is. Focus on getting into great health and into a good position job-wise. Consider if you want to get married - a good idea if he is the higher earner because you do more childcare.

There is lots to life apart from more babies, especially as you already have two young children.

Surely you can’t have been with him very long, your children (especially your five year old) will be adjusting to their father no longer being with them, and you don’t own your property.

Whilst some people are never in a situation to be able to afford to buy their house, those that can really should prioritise this over having a third child with a new boyfriend.
