Deciding whether to take 9 or 12 months with payment spread. What do you think my take home will be if I took 12? Band 6 mid pay £40,800

Take the year. I am band 8a and took a year off. Take home pay about £25k give or take. Managed perfectly fine on it, living in London as well.
