Sonographer said she was fairly certain it’s a boy but have since had a few people say they can make out three lines which has confused me. I’d have thought far too big to be even a very swollen girl?

Any thoughts would be really welcome!

I would say boy for sure. I feel like it's a bit too sticky-outy for even a swollen labia. I don't see 3 lines.
