All the sites that have info on 12 week gender prediction through scans do it through side view pictures that I ahve found.

Girls have 3 straight lines like this < III > to indicate the labia.

itsonly past 14 weeks that the labias develope and thats when the 3 line rule comes in.

At 12 weeks it depends on where the nub points

Thats why its harder to sex before 14 weeks.
