Late 30’s

I’m 39 and very lucky to have 3 dc who are 16,12&10.
Ive been with dh for 4 years and we’d love to have a baby together. Looking for success stories for those around a similar age. Thanks.

Hi OP, you’ll find plenty. Of course the chances of getting pregnant diminish and the risks of problems increase, plus for some it doesn’t happen. But there will be plenty for whom it’s been successful. I had mine at 39 and 41. Two mc before DC1 but all fine with two now DC.

I got pregnant with my second first cycle at 39.

Mine are now 6 and 2. I wasn’t even considering trying again but it was a mad moment when we just thought fuck it let’s see, conceived straight away and I saw the same consultant and used the same meds to get him to stick and he’s now causing chaos downstairs with his big sister.

Aww that’s so lovely to hear. I know my children would love a baby sibling. Will just have to see how things go.

Hi, I'm 39 and have 3 dc from a previous relationship - 15, 16 and 19. I met my current partner 3 years ago and I'm currently 29 weeks pregnant with a little girl! We're hoping for one more after this too! 🤞🏼

Hi - I fell pregnant earlier this year at 39 and now 31 weeks at 40!

we had tried for our second for years, went through 2 rounds of ivf and miscarriages before falling pregnant just as we were about to do another transfer. I had used asprin for the first time on that cycle and had also been taking optibac women probiotics for a few months.

It actually took us a while and was complicated by a late loss when I was 37 😞 but my partner has a low sperm count and was previously told his only option would be IVF. We were literally just going down that route when I found out I was pregnant! So if it can happen for us I'm sure it'll happen for you too if there's no infertility involved. Good luck! 🤞🏼
