Pregnant on iud.

i have been having obvious pregnancy symptoms for a week and have then also had the weirdest period known to man. 1 day bleeding 2 day stop 1 2 days heavier 1 day stop then another day of bleeding only when I wiped and now nothing. It has been 5 weeks since my last proper period. I just took a test to get the niggly feeling out of the way but I have been hormonal, my boobs have grown, I have been sensitive to smells.

It’s says pregnant 1-2 which obviously doesn’t match. I have cramps but also feel very pregnant. I don’t know what to do. This would be baby number 5. Baby is 5 months old. I am wondering if it is a miscarriage. It also don’t know if I should contact someone as I know chances of ectopics are alot higher.

1. If you have 4 kids already you surely already know why a test says 1-2 when your period was 5 weeks prior.

2. if you have a positive test with an iud I recommend getting checked as there's a higher risk of ectopic pregnancy.

Currently sat in a&e as 111 has sent me here due to positive test with mirena and bleeding disorder. Hospital test is negative but they have done blood test.
