I only wear make-up once or twice a week, I've swapped to a natural, organic deodorant, what other products should I look at changing for a more pregnancy kind version?

I get all my bath and hair products from Soley Orgánics in Iceland. Highly recommend, they are amazing for my skin and hair.

I switched to low UPF diet/low toxins while trying to conceive. Products I switched out for less toxic versions:
face cream
hand cream
hand soap
toothpaste
shampoo
conditioner
soap
Makeup
deodorant
hair styling products

I often just use olive oil in place of moisturiser and makeup remover

I use a website called MyPure for cosmetics and I’ve found the brand Benecos to be quite cheap and reliable for low toxins

happy to give specific recommendations on any of these items as I have done quite extensive research using the Yuka app 😝

Oh I also changed my washing up liquid and cleaning products (anything that comes into contact with my skin)

most of these swaps were surprisingly inexpensive btw, I’m not rich lol

I never changed a thing

I switched to unfragranced oatmeal soap (Little Soap Co) for face and body and jojoba oil for moisturiser. Never switched back as it does a great job. Saved a fortune and I have loads more cupboard space now! I also switched to unfragranced shampoo for pregnancy (which was OK, but I did change back to a scented one by the same brand, Faith in Nature).

Not cosmetics, but I also switched to unfragranced washing up liquid and washing powder and stopped using fabric softener. I stuck with these changes too. I used to buy all these in bulk online but found there is a 'refill' shop near me which has lots of these things.
