I’ve had this on and off for a couple of weeks but been much worse last couple of days.
I’m fine sitting or laying down but walking about can be so painful.
Is the answer just to sit and rest? X

You can try some pelvic release and realignment that might help - See spinning babies 3 balances, Forward leaning inversion, side lying release and shaking the apple tree.

Also wrapping your pelvis, with a piece of fabric that spreads around your hips and bum and tie a double knot at the side, then wrapping your abdomen with a second piece of cloth, tying it on the opposite side.

@ChateauMargaux - wow that’s all really helpful thank you so much.
it’s a bit hard this 2nd time round as very busy with my Son prepping for Xmas.
I was a lot more sedentary last pregnancy 😂

If it's baby sitting on your cervix, there's not really a lot you can do. At least there's no more than 6 weeks to go!

@Paaseitjes - yes, you’re completely right.
Im a fidget and struggle with sitting but I need to be realistic and listen to body! X
