At 10dpo my hcg was 22, at 17dpo it was 940.

Doubled every 31 hrs with progesterone at 64!!! Has anyone had similar, did you have a singleton or twins??

I believe I am 4 weeks 4 days based off when I ovulated, I didn’t have an lmp to go off as I had a miscarriage last month

You’re starting a lot of threads on this. A quick google will show you that while on the higher side of normal it’s still within the normal range. Maybe it’s twins, but most likely it’s not. Anything is a possibility though of course. Again a search will show you that some women have high HCG with twins, others don’t. Some have very high HCG with just singles.
The doubling time is also within normal range, just on the higher side of normal.

That's great, but it's not high enough to indicate a concern, or to indicate twins. Good luck with your pregnsncy.

Thanks for this, I did google and even used Gemini which said because my progesterone is also really high it’s a high possibility it’s twins. As they run in the family I wanted to see if anyone else had the same thing so I could see.

How did you date your ovulation? The only accurate way to do it is with test strips, did you use those?

Your earlier posts say you got a positive at 8dpo; this is quite unlikely so I simply think you’re further on than you think.

Yeah, I use LH strips so definitely ovulated when I did!

I had a miscarriage last month so can’t go off lmp just the ovulation day

Okay, well your HCG of 940 on 17dpo is well within the normal range of 209-1313 for that day, so everything is looking good!

Baby2duejuly2026 · 20/12/2025 19:54

I was 3741 at 4 + 5 with twins. I wouldn’t be concerned at 970.

Penguin181 · 20/12/2025 21:10

Thanks everyone 🫶 Dr just mentioned because my progesterone was 64 and hcg 940 with my hcg doubling every 31 hrs with twins in the family that it could be highly likely.

This is a strange thing for them to say, your HCG is perfectly normal and high progesterone is normally more of a concern for a molar pregnancy rather than a sign of twins... wait for your first scan and try not to worry about the numbers.
