Hi, i am only looking for antidotes and maybe advice as i will be phoning the maternity ward about this tomorrow.

i dont know if my symptoms are normal or perhaps incompetent cervix.
I have so much pelvic pain when walking but it feels like a pressure under my tummy and to the sides of my pubic bone, it worsens when i need to pee, over the past week i have had little bits of jelly mucus discharge throughout the days, for the past couple days i have had shooting pain up my back but it does settle when i sit comfortably, i have had thrush non stop since 3 weeks pregnant and i am treating it and its barely there now but still noticeable, i can feel my baby so low down that it feels like they are in my pelvis

i am 19 weeks and 2 days pregnant

thank you ❤️

Sounds like pgp/spd has hit you early!
The pain when urinating sounds like a UTI.

They may refer you to physio for the pain, but thats how my PGP felt. It got progressively worse over pregnancy

@LER2023do you not think any of these symptoms are concerning? I have been working with a physio but it hasn’t improved the pain so far and i have been tested for a UTI and everything is fine

Im not a medical professional by any means.

I went to physio and thought it was absolutely useless.
So just lived with constant pain. It was in my pubic bone, it felt very bruised.
My back, hips and groin which is why i mentioned it being pgp. I was told to try going into a swimming pool to help with the pressure and pain.

If you are concerned, do speak to triage and see what they say, you should have a number for them. They will be able to advise you better! X

—- update —-

I have a cervix measurement scan booked for this friday and they looked me over and took swabs and a urine sample and said they believe i have PGP. They referred me to a different physio and have assured me that i dont need to worry but keep an eye on everything. I am also to go straight back whenever i feel something is wrong so honestly anyone reading this always just go in for advice/ care because i have had a very good experience and feel like i have received great care ❤️
