Would you be concerned with baby growth?

Long story short I was told I have Low pap A at 12 weeks and prescribed aspirin and told I would have extra growth scans at 30 and 36weeks. I had another scan at around 26ish weeks due to reduced movement (everything was fine) Fast forward to 30 weeks where my babies head circumference has gone from the 40th centile down to the 10th, but abdominal circumference has jumped from 42nd to 84th centile.

The sonographer obviously seen that these measurements were in a normal range but she wasn’t the one plotting on my chart so didn’t see how different these measurements were compared to the last 2 scans I have had.

I don’t know if I am more concerned about the change in percentiles or the huge difference between the HC and AC. I am going to call my midwife to discuss this of course but In the mean time I am keen to see if anyone has had a similar experience and what was the outcome?

I would try not too worry too much growth scans can be wildly inaccurate and just a few millimetres out when measuring makes a big difference. Anecdotally both my DDs were born with heads on the 2nd centile but they had evened out by 8 weeks and were around the 50th centile like the rest of their body.
I was also told my first daughter was above 90th centile at 28 weeks then she was 50th at 30 weeks- I doubt she didn’t grow in that time it was just an inaccurate scan.

My growth scans were all over the place. I had two scans just days apart, and one put the head on the 9th centile, and the other put it on the 54th. My last growth scan at 36 weeks put her on the 98th centile for estimated foetal weight. She was completely average sized (7 lbs 15) when she was born 3 weeks later.
