Hi all, I'm looking for some reassurance but also realistic impacts. I was taking a one-a-day vitamin preconception and then when I got pregnant switched on to a pregnancy vitamin from the same brand. I managed to miss that these were 2 a day. I have been taking them religiously and, at 20 weeks PG, haven't missed a single day BUT it turns out I've only been taking a half dose. This means I've been taking 200mg folic acid instead of the recommend 400mg throughout. My diet has been crap due to nasuea and food aversion so I was really relying on tge vitamins. I feel like shit, will this have ling term impact on the baby?
