Anxious about screening

Hi there,
I would be really grateful for some advice, particularly any health professionals out there!
I had my 12 week scan and we could see baby moving around, were able to date appropriately, and my sonographer was sable to get an NT measurement (1.6). However, baby was in the wrong position and despite much jiggling around, walking up and down stairs, etc., we weren't able to get the picture that's required for the combined screening test.

I'm now torn as to what to do: do I fork out £350-£500 for NIPT, or just accept the quad testing?

I am finding this really frustrating as I did just want to get this phase of uncertainty over with, and is does feel quite hard that because baby wasn't playing ball they won't take my bloods and do the screening for me, nor can I come back another time.

I understand that no one can make the decision for me but if anyone had any stats on likelihood of a positive screening result with these NT measurements, or had any information about getting their nhs hospital to perform another scan (even though you had your two times on the couch in one session), or any other thoughts, I would be really grateful.
