After some advice as I don’t really know what to think, I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks starting on 11th November, was seen in early pregnancy and had internal scan which showed empty uterus, nothing retained, healthy ovaries, I was cleared to start trying again straight away, to my surprise I had a positive on Sunday, Monday and today, no bleed in between, the midwife called me today from EPU for my booking appointment for my previous pregnancy as I hadn’t been discharged off the list apparently, I informed her about my new tests and she was very abrupt stating I should’ve waited to have at least one bleed, then she kept talking about ectopics and how I need to be seen for bloods and USS, so going in next week for these, but I’ll only be 5 weeks so I doubt anything will be seen, are they thinking it’s a continuation of the previous pregnancy or just being cautious as I’ve just had a miscarriage?
