7+4 so scared of MC

As the title says, I'm 7+4 today and I've been having on/off shooting pains and I feel heavy (like my period is about to start) I keep going to the loo expecting to be bleeding but luckily I'm not. I've had 2 previous early losses so I'm stressed out of my mind about loosing this pregnancy too - I had a scan on Friday and we saw baby and heartbeat but measured a couple of days behind (5 days behind at first but after I relaxed and could get a better angle it was 2 days behind)
Anyone else going through the worst anxiety that things are going to end badly? I really want to get excited but I am soo scared of something going wrong 😥

YES, I have had two missed miscarriages so I am constantly losing my mind this pregnancy. I had an 8 week scan yesterday and it was lovely and reassuring but just for a short time. My last loss was just before 8 weeks and the one before that was 8+5 so I know I’m not yet out of the danger zone (won’t feel like I am until baby is here in one piece).

It’s so difficult.

@Tinytotdriver I was the exact same after my scan on Friday, the anxiety lifted for the rest of that day and then it's hit me hard again since, even worse than before the scan! It was my birthday yesterday so I don't know if that added to me feeling even more overwhelmed! My first mc was a blighted ovum and my second I bled at around 6 weeks so I'm further ahead then I've ever been! I pray we both have healthy pregnancies!! X
