Could this be my mucous plug at 12 weeks?

Whenever I’ve gone to the bathroom today I’ve noticed this jelly like discharge and I’m worried it could be my mucous plug? Just to add I did have sex yesterday if that could be why?

Probably not but you could phone your midwife keep the sample.

Doesn't look anything like mine 🤣 However maybe it changes in appearance throughout pregnancy. If it is your mucus plug (and assuming nothing is wrong) it will regrow itself. I lost mine at 30 weeks in one of my pregnancies and it must have regrown because the baby didn't turn up until 40 weeks.
