Age you had your third

Would love a third. But I'm already 37 and no where near physically or mentally ready to go again. Meaning realistically I'd be 39 or 40/41 if it were to happen. Had 1st a few days after turning 33 and then 2nd at 35.5 which seemed if anything slightly ahead of my area's average. I feel time has caught up with me now though and I am running out!

  1. Was the same age as you for the first two… Took longer to recover from birth and the sleepless nights felt a bit harder but otherwise all good. She’s a delight, can’t imagine family life without her

I'm pregnant with my 3rd, conceived at 41. I had my first at 37 and my second at 40 so hopefully you've got a bit of time! Not sure if it's related to being older, I've had 3 losses in the 5 years I've been trying to conceive and having babies so not all smooth sailing. But it can definitely happen.

31, I did find it slightly harder than when I was in my 20’s but other than that it was a good age.

Not me but I am the third child and my mum had me at 35. Never felt like she was old growing up or anything and she still doesn't seem like she's aging to me now I'm 35 myself (she helps out with the grandkids too)! So I'd say a few years later is fine in my opinion.

First at 32, 2nd at 35, 3rd at 37. 2 5 years between all, they are now 6, 3 and 1. It's been hard and pretty exhausting third time round but ultimately great too. Really happy we went for it. Good luck with the deliberations!

Due my third this month and I'm 37 first at 33 and second at 35 18 months between my girl and boy and will be exactly 2.5 years between second and third baby. It's busy but great to have close age gaps. They get on so well
