Oil based gloss paint first trimester

Hello, I am panicking and think I’ve messed up.

Last weekend DH started glossing the skirting boards, door frames etc. The smell was quite strong so opened doors and windows for some of the day but not over night. I was at home quite a lot last weekend and early last week. Then this morning he’s continued and suddenly it occurred to me whether I should be around this paint at the moment and googled it, and there was some quite scary stuff :-(

it’s definitely a dulux trade oil based high VOC paint and Im sooo frustrated I didn’t check sooner and worried about the exposure I’ve had from being around it. I also had a headache last week and wondered if it was related to the smell.

I was 5 weeks pregnant last weekend and now 6 weeks. Needless to stay the paint has gone away now and won’t be coming back out.

any advice / experiences greatly appreciated

I painted my doors in the same at 20 weeks. Absolutely panicked afterwards and even slept in another room! Baby was perfectly fine 🥰

My partner glossed all the doors and skirting in the bedroom yesterday and I slept in it last night! Didn't even think of it to be honest, I'm 26 weeks. I'm sure it has no effect don't worry x
