I have had b12 injections for years and they do start you with a the loading dose of 6 in 2 weeks. I'm slightly different to you in that I didn't need them during pregnancy as being pregnant sorted my levels out weirdly! Just be prepared that they do really sting. They normally give you a choice of arm or top of bum and I find it much better in the bum.

I had them, definitely helped with my fatigue. They are unusually painful injections for some reason, be prepared for it to hurt for a few seconds.
Look up co-factors as well - you’ll absorb B12 better if your levels of various other things (folic acid, potassium etc) are right.

My b12 was 72! Ive had the jabs, plus take daily pills. Also randomly had another injection at my 38 week app. Guess to give me a boost before labour.

They do sting a bit, but its fine.
