Unexpected pregnancy at 44!!

Thought I was in the menopause and was given hrt do at the gp
now I’m pregnant!! Had an early good scan but now spotting so will see what happens
any other older mums here unexpectedly

I had my last just before turning 45 ( natural conception). She's just turned 5. Had some early spotting and unexplained bleeding at 10 weeks.

I’m a bit worried about age and issues
can’t say I’m happy just shock and not sure what to think really

Congratulations! Super common in my area re older mums. It’s the norm now. Hope it goes smoothly for you. I know it’s different for men but my DH 45 and we are having a 3rd next year. X
