Low b12 in pregnancy

Anyone else had issues with this ?

I had this. And low iron stores. Had an iron infusion and a course of b12 injections over a couple of weeks. Baby was born a few months ago very healthy and my last bloods showed both my iron and b12 are now slightly high!

Theyve put me on iron tablets
( that my body doesnt normally absorb - lets see )

Theyve not said anything re b12 yet but theyve done a referal for it to be flagged to consultant and me to get a phone call
