Temp drop concern

Hi all,

I have been tracking my temperature with my Garmin Watch and each month it has shown a pretty clear trend pre/post ovulation.
I did take it off for a short while but stupidly put it back on. My temp has stayed above baseline, until today at 5+3 where it has plummeted SO LOW. Absolutely nothing in my environment has changed. I'm guessing this very likely means I am going to lose this pregnancy? :(

Thank you x

Any insights? I'm thinking I might see if I can speak to someone tomorrow as I have cramping and also have no symptoms either :(

Your temp dropping doesnt make a difference in pregnancy. Your hormones are shifting and changing all the time.
At 5+3 you might not get many symptoms. Essentially people dont really know they are pregnant at this point.
My symptoms started at around 7 weeks. Constant tiredness, sickness, ect.
Cramping is normal at this stage as the embryo is establishing its place in your uterus. So you will feel some cramps.

I had bleeding and cramps during the early stages of pregnancy.
Now i have my 12 day old currently sleeping on my chest as i write this.

A lot of places wont scan you for reassurance at this stage, its better if you are around 6-7 weeks so a heartbeat can be seen.

Good luck and congratulations x
