Feel awful

Every day all day I feel sick and it’s making me depressed now. I’m only 10 weeks been like this since 4 weeks. Got meds it takes edge off but still this feeling is horrific. I have a phobia of being sick so that doesn’t help. I’m not actually sick though it’s like when you have a sick bug and you can feel it coming but it never comes. Also past few days every morning I’m waking up so early with dodgy poos.

when does this end 😩

Most people feel better at the start of the second trimester when the placenta takes over. Not long to go, hold on and best of luck!

I had this I also had emetophobia. What helped me: I went to doc for anti sickness meds I didn’t use them but helped to have them. Wear those travel sickness wrist bands, they genuinely help. Vitamin P5P - there’s a study to show it helps with pregnancy nausea. You’re past the 9 week peak, mine disappeared mainly at 13 weeks. Good luck

For me, the first trimester was the worst (both times). The sickness and exhaustion had improved by 12 weeks and was mostly gone by week 14. Hopefully you're nearly over the worst of it!

I had HG at the beginning of my pregnancy till I was around 27 weeks. Doctors gave me different courses of anti sickness tablets but they never worked so I had to go to hospital to get stronger sickness tablets and they worked wonders!. I think in total I had about 6 different medications until I found one that worked for me!,
hopefully it eases off as you get past the 12 week mark x
