Hi i am an absolute nervous wreck! I am currently 5+2 week pregnant its been 7 days i am having period like flow by the evening it calms down and then same again during the day. But altogether started with spotting and then period like flow today marks 12 days. Also been passing little clots after my first internal scan it started bleeding like a period flow with period like lower back cramps! Has anyone experienced this i am waiting for my second scan 1 dec to rule out wether its a miscarriage or not
