2nd trimester sickness/concern

So im writing on here because so far ive scared myself to death with Google and looking at other people's experiences! I know you guys aren't here to diagnose but just wondering if anyone has been through similar themselves.

Im just over 23 weeks pregnant with my first, ive had fluctuating normal and high blood pressure results and first trimester i had nausea but no sickness.

Second trimester has hit and im being sick about 2-3 times a week, no other symptoms alongside it other than absolute fire acid reflux. It genuinely feels like my body just has a melt down and decides it cant digest the food, im sick, then instantly im good again. Then it repeats randomly. There's no trigger foods, no specific times of the day, no certain activities. Its been the middle of the night and ive woken up to be sick, straight after eating, before eating, mid day.

Any one been through the same or similar or have any advice? Dr Google obviously telling me the worst and I just want to see if anyone else knows anything really.

Thanks in advance

I was similar and the sickness improved when I went in the third trimester. If you're worried about anything then make an appointment with the midwife

I had the same with my first and currently experiencing similar with my second.

It does get better - I think mine tapered off about 17/18 weeks. I'm having a box of breadsticks next to the bed to help with the nausea!

If you're worried, see your GP and they should be able to give you anti-sickness meds. They helped a lot!

Good luck 🩷

With my second my reflux would occasionally cause vomiting overnight (and through labour!) Omperazole helped
There are various points in pregnancy where you get surges in hormones and these can cause sickness to come and go. When I had my first I had hyperemesis in my first and third trimesters and it was worse in the third than the first.
I'd speak to your GP omperazole and/or an anti sickness medication should help
