Terribly dry skin

I know the weather is cold which doesnt help but my skin is unusually dry for me which makes me think it could be pregnancy related? A year ago at the same time I had such dewy, young looking skin! Now my skin is dry and dull - I’m using the same moisturiser / serum too but my skin just sucks it up.

is this relatively common and could my skin go back to not being as dry post partum??

Altruist Urea 10% cream ( about £6.60 for a 200ml tube) is fantastic for dry skin

Avene cicaplast! I had the same in pregnancy. Use after cleansing at night 👍

I have used the la roche posay's cicaplast and that's great too!
