Exposer to second hand smoke

My aunt lives in a black of flats. As I opened her door I could smell weed really strongly. 2 men was smoking it outside/inside with door open.

I went outside and tried to lock her door whilst they stood there smoking weed still. It was so strong. There were maybe 5 or so steps away from me. I was only there for a minute or so. Would this affect my unborn baby? Just annoyed at myself that I didn't move quicker. Xx

(Sorry I am such a worrier)

It was a very short exposure to second hand smoke in a well ventilated area. Your body inckuding kings and the placenta will have done a lot of work to filter and protect your baby.

Try not to worry.

It’s going to be a long 18 years! And the rational side of your brain knows the answer.

all is well

Nowhere near as much as traffic pollution may.

I would be concerned with the smoke in the street from cars
