Hello everyone

first bfp ever at 36 and still in shock! Two tests with very strong lines but I am worried as I have some cramping.

nowhere near as painful as my usual af cramps but niggling! Is this normal?

I only just registered the pregnancy so haven’t had a dating appt etc yet, but rough estimate is 6 weeks xx

My very first pregnancy I definitely remember some pain and seem to recall it being to do with changes in the uterus. Hope it goes ok for you.

You'll be very tuned to the slightest twinges for a while.
X fingers that everything goes well for you, OP.

This sounds normal, it's everything settling in, especially with first pregnancies. I definitely has quite a lot of cramping for a few weeks. Obviously should it get significantly worse or you bleed go and get checked.

It sounds normal, I had cramping for the whole of the first trimester and often worried about if it was something to be concerned about.

Congratulations! Cramping and digestive issues are normal x

Congratulations.
yes with my first I used to get very bad cramps that would wake me up and I’d be in a ball on the floor in agony.
pregnant again with no2 and have experienced the same just a bit less extreme. Mine are like fizzing, burning pains but apparently all normal 😊
