Suffering with bad sickness and headache, I am literally unable to move. If I stand up too long I get dizzy.

I was very sick in my first pregnancy but this one i am just lifeless. Any tips?

Have you spoken to your GP/ midwife ?
that should be your first port of call

I was the same. For 1.5 weeks I had constant vomiting too. I got soda water from Tesco’s & used to make lemonade. They would help for an hour or so before I got sick again. But I sipped small sips continuously

My sister suggested eating a biscuit first thing you wake up. Then get out of bed. I didn’t try though as I have to take my thyroid med on empty stomach. She said this stopped her nausea completely.

starbusts chewy candies helped me

it got really worse in weeks 10-11. Buy week 12 it got easier. Now at end of week 13 it’s almost gone.

Carbs. Specifically potato… saved me in the first trimester 🫣😂 Try and push on through and hopefully it’ll get a little easier soon or the meds will level out a bit. I’m thinking of you & remembering how awful it is feeling so rubbish. I know that you already know, but it’s all worth it in the end 💕
