Is it like a snotty texture? What colour is it, hard to see in picture.

It can mean your cervix is starting to change, but it can also mean nothing. Some women will lose it and it will regrow. There will be more than you think well and will keep coming out.

If it is more watery than contact your maternity triage but if it is mucousy then you don't have to anything unless your are concerned with movements or anything like that (all the normal stuff your midwife would have said to contact them for) or you start contracting strongly and regularly. Good luck!

It was like a sticky discharge and it was a weird colour can’t really explain just wondered if it was normal as I have researched mucus plug and this looks quite different

Yes a little bit but I’m pretty sure I was getting some yesterday aswell as I noticed some light pink discharge yesterday

I would keep a maternity pad on. If it ever looks watery contact your triage team. If it ever looks green contact them aswell. But if it is regular discharge or jelly like consistency then shouldn't be anything to worry about.

I lost a small, probably about the size of a 10p piece of my plug and it looked like your image.
This was 11pm on the Monday evening.
A smaller bit came away at 5.30am on the Tuesday morning and my waters went 30mins later. Baby was born 1hour 20mins after that!!
Keep an eye on things but make sure your hospital bag is ready just in case!
I never made it to the hospital in my case!
