Symptoms Disappeared

I’m 7+5 today. I had a scan at 7+2 (Thursday) and everything was perfect. On Friday I felt lower back pain on and off, and yesterday and today the only symptom I’ve had throughout my pregnancy (swollen full tender boobs) has disappeared. I have another scan on Wednesday but I’m really worried that something has happened. Has anyone else had sore boobs disappear that quickly?

I'm 11+1 and my symptoms have disappeared twice. It really freaked me out, but both times they returned within 24–48 hours. I've had two private scans (because it's an IVF pregnancy, not because of the symptoms) and everything has been fine both times. Without sharp pain and bleeding, I'd try to stay positive. Back pain and general aches/joint pain are very common, due to relaxin (the hormone). Fingers crossed everything is fine xx

Thank you @FluentTealGuide for your reply. Mine is also an ivf pregnancy. I was so relieved on Thursday after the scan, I can’t believe I only got one day of feeling relaxed before something else kicked off my anxiety

From what I understand your hormones rise in fits and starts so some days you will feel better than others and that’s normal. I was the same as you but you will probably find that your symptoms come back over the next couple of days

Hey from the other thread @SummerSolstice25 ! I’m glad to hear your scan went well. As you know I’ve been spotting and so on tenderhooks for any other worrying things, and my nausea went away for two days just there, and I’ve had odd deep cramping. However, back to feeling car sick yesterday and today. My sore boobs are only mild and intermittent so I haven’t clocked them so closely, but there are def days that I have to grab one to see if it’s still tender (today not tender). So symptoms def do come and go.

it’s so tiring the worry, with one hand reassurance and with the other woes. Probably the result of experiencing infertility. But your scan is the best possible indicator of how things are actually going. I’m trying to keep my own self calm by just acknowledging that there’s nothing I can do to affect the outcome. Not sure if it helps much but it’s all I have! Thinking of you.
