Hi all,

Me and my husband had our fertility tests done last week, we are waiting on his sperm test at the moment.

I was told my AMH is 0.56, but my cycles are regular and they could see I had just ovulated and womb is healthy. I wasn’t the most happiest but I have been supplementing with COQ10 Ubiqunol, Vitamin D 5,000 and Zinc, so I can only improve the quality at this point.

For those of you in the same position, what are you doing? Is there a way to increase your AMH? Was anyone able to concieve naturally?

Thank you ❤️

Me! I tried a range of supplements (look up the Ovum fertility supplement, it helped my AMH a bit) and we TTC for 2 years.

We decided on IVF in the end due to both of our ages, got one excellent embryo (only retrieved 6 eggs due to my diminished ovarian reserve) and now I'm 37+6 weeks.
