Bless you. I’m sorry I’m not experienced enough to give you any advice as I’m not medical binding rant to read and run. I would think many people have seizures and also have babies so you’ll be able to get help via your GP or maternity team. An elective caesarean will be possible I’m sure, under supervision of highly trained and skilled doctors. I’m absolutely sure nobody will take your baby away from you and give your exP sole parental responsibility, no matter how bad your seizures are. Wishing you all the best X

Ps: love her or hate her, Katie Hopkins had horrendous seizures and has had 3 children and half her skill cut away (as an adult). She was also divorced ans didn’t lose her kids.

You do sound stressed, it’s a bit unclear though - do you have a care team? Midwife, obstetrician, neurologist? Do you mean that you’re on medication that isn’t working? Or that you haven’t been able to access medication?
it sounds like you need a really good discussion with your team, if your breakup is recent also it might help if you let them know what’s going on.
There are lots of options for anti epileptic medications and it might still be you just need to find the right one/ones or have the dose adjusted.
your baby won’t be taken away from you because of epilepsy. You'll be supported to safely take care of baby - that might mean changing things a little bit - ie not bathing baby by yourself (sponge bath instead), changing mat on the floor instead of up high, etc. labour management is sometimes different to try to limit seizure risk - usually that means early epidural, making sure you get rest, keep your fluids up etc. unusually not a CS for this reason alone. Usually also a long stay after birth (think 5 days instead of straight home).
You have time before baby arrives to get things stabilised, it sounds like you’re really going through it right now so just take things step by step. All the best.
