before I ask my midwife is this a stupid question? I have an extra lobe to my placenta attached to my normal placenta by blood vessels, my placenta is in the posterior position and the lobe is anterior l, I’m 34w and baby is breech and has been the same since my 20 week scan. Could the extra lobe be preventing him from being able to turn? I’ve attached a pic of the placentas from my 26 weeks scan.
I know he still has time to turn and I’m not worried about I’m just curious if this is a possibility/something that happens.
baby no.3 and both previous where already head down by now
