Party food dos and dont

I have a party to attend at the weekend where cold buffet food is the option as its in a village hall.

Im currently 7 weeks pregnant and apart from a select few no one knows yet

In terms of the food what can i eat as its all cold coctail sausages. Quiche, sausage rolls etc

You can eat all those things. The issue around it is how long it's been left out in case it makes you ill. It would likely be fine, in all my pregnancies I've eaten cold food like that and it's never affected the pregnancy, but if you're really worried avoid the meat and go up early so everyone hasn't had their hands all over it.
