Nausea

Has anyone had nausea starting at 12 weeks? I've been fine apart from a couple of days feeling a little sick but since last friday when I was 11+4 I've had quite bad nausea every morning until afternoon, I thought symptoms tend to ease at 12 weeks not start 😪😂

Ahh nausea is horrible… I had it from 6 weeks until the middle of the 2nd trimester and returned again at 9 months.

if your really struggling you can always go to the drs and see if they can give you anti sickness tablets.

little snacks often can help and when my nausea was at its easiest chewing gum helped!
