Hi there, I work full time and applied for accommodated hours for when I return to work which is the end of November, now I applied for this in June so plenty of time for my work to look into it. I was asked 7th August if they could extend it for three months while they look into a roster review. I said yes as I wasn’t due back until the end of November, now it’s been over three months since they asked me to extend it and I still haven’t had an answer just “we are looking into it” where do I stand as they’re not leaving me with enough time to sort an alternative if my accommodation request gets denied. I have spoke to my union rep but awaiting a reply from them as well. Thanks in advance if anyone has any knowledge of this? 😊
