Progesterone - Natural Miscarriage

Has anyone every miscarried naturally being on progesterone or because of the nature of the drug you would need a D&C?

I had an early one on progesterone, didn’t stop the process just a couple days delay, after which I stopped taking it.

I’ve had one. It just slowed things down. Started bleeding very slowly until I stopped taking it then it happened very quickly after that.

Thank you. I'm not having a miscarriage however I've had recurrent ones. This time around I'm on progesterone and would hate it to impact my bodies ability to recognize it.
