Never got a positive test but have a 1 yo baby now

To think this is so bizarre that I never got a proper positive pregnancy test but I have a 1 yo baby now, even the digital test wasn't positive and I was in tears but my heart knew I was pregnant. Has this happened to anyone?

It’s not happened to me personally but I know a few people it’s happened to. I think it’s more common than people realise. No idea how it happens though, it’s wild.
