Has anyone else had really bad heartburn/ acid reflux / feelings of indigestion prior to testing positive? I can do a test early next week when i’ll be 13dpo. Sadly had a mc prior so dont know if I will have concieved in this window prior to a period post mc but have had the usual symptoms i get when i do end up testing positive. Just wondered if the heartburn was another indicator as really struggling with it and hadnt had with prev pregnancies or in general! Gaviscon doesnt seem to be helping much
