Chest / breast pain

I’m 18 weeks pregnant and experiencing sharp pain in my left boob / chest. Gp said on the phone it’s unlikely to be my heart but I don’t like it!

Could it be more like in your nipple? I had it in my nipples occasionally around the same gestation in my first pregnancy if it was cold or something but it was excruciating! Luckily it got better after a few weeks but pregnancy symptoms are weird and wild!
