Pregnancy 1 - took baby aspirin among other things from CD1

Pregnancy 2 - took from positive test at 12dpo

Both pregnancies upped to 150mg from 75mg after first gyn appointment

Also 40, currently 28w pregnant after a MMC and MC in the last 18 months. I took 75mg from about 5 weeks. I just told the EPU when they brought me in for an early scan. Then I doubled the dose to 150mg once I turned 40 on the consultant's advice it's now to prevent pre-eclampsia but my blood pressure has been fine throughout. I take it in the evening too as that seems to work better apparently.

Hi,

I am 40 and currently 6 weeks pregnant. I have to older children (10 & 13 years old) I found out I was pregnant last Christmas but sadly miscarried in Feb. Cut a very ling story short I ended up having surgery in April.

I ended up buying a Clearblue Advanced Monitor where it reads low - high - peak ovulation. I then started taking baby aspirin each morning from the beginning of August (still taking it now) as well as taking guaifenesin when the monitor read high till it read low.

I honestly think that's what helped me.

Good luck to you, I hope the above helps x

I also took it after 2 ivf miscarriages and conceived without treatment. I took 75mg from approx 3 dpo (wasn’t tracking) and I’m still taking it at 24 weeks pregnant. I conceived at 39 and now 40. Best of luck 🤍

I took baby aspirin pretty much from when I found out (then was prescribed it when I phoned to chase up my booking appointment). I’m now 28 weeks!
