Anyone ever had untreated UTI and it be ok?

So worried my doctor missed an infection when I did a urine sample a month ago. Have had another test now and waiting for results.

Before antibiotics were discovered, nobody got treated for infections.

What do you mean by missed an infection? As in the lab sent a report back and it wasn’t actioned?

I had UTIs through both pg. i threw up my antibiotics (along with everything else), all was ok.
