Hi everyone

so I had my first midwife appointment today and was encouraged to try a vaginal birth this time round instead of booking a c section (as long as everything is ok throughout the pregnancy) My 2 previous births were breech and distress (my sons heart rate was all over the place)

the midwife explained that recent research has shown little to no difference between 1/2 c sections and it would only be 3 sections where they encourage a repeat c section. Has anyone done this before? The main reason why I’m considering is I live in a more remote area this time and the whole not being able to drive for 6 weeks is frightening, also with 2 bigger kids to take care of I could do with being up and on my feet again (I struggled with recovery last time) any positive stories welcome :-)
